Improvements and Bug Fixes

Trip Cost Breakdown Enhancement

Added a detailed, expandable Cost Breakdown section within Trip Requests. Cost component breakdown includes- Vehicle and Driver cost. Breakdown updates automatically if vehicle, driver, or duration changes, ensuring total estimated cost always reflects itemized components.

Mandatory Name Fields for Driver Profile Update

Entering First and Last name while updating the driver profile is made mandatory. Update button remains disabled if the name fields are empty.

Enhanced Calendar View of Trips

Calendar view of trips now shows Canceled Trips also along with Approved, Needs Approval and Declined Trips. Canceled Trips on the calendar are represented with Grey color along with Legend.

Scheduled filter for Trips

Date Range Filter is now changed to Scheduled filter. It comes with few presets like All Dates, Next 7 Days, Next 14 Days, Next 30 Days, Past 30 Days along with Custom Date Range option.

Customizable In-app Trip Notification

Users can now choose which in-app notifications they want to receive. Notifications can be independently toggle on/off from the Notification Settings in Profile menu.

 

Improvements

Filter Trips by Department

Filter trip list by single or multiple departments. Filter persists during the session and can easily be cleared.

Trip Requests Drafts Deletion

Delete trip requests drafts for non-recurring trips. Deletion action is also captured in Audit Logs for proper tracking.

Email Notifications

Emails to admins and trip requestors are sent every time a new comment is added to a trip.

Approval Notification for Recurring Trips

Approvers get email notification to approve the parent request for recurring trips.

Yearly Recurring Trips Issue

Fixed the issue where yearly recurrence occurrences were not generated correctly.

Duplicate Trips Issue

Fixed an issue where comments on duplicated trips were incorrectly added to the original trip instead of the duplicate.

Preserve Context on Route/Rules Switch

Scroll position, filters and view remain unchanged when switching between Route and Rule tabs. Context is reset only when you leave the Manage Workflow module.

 

Improvements

Address Bar Width Issue

Resolved an issue where the address bar was too narrow to display location names clearly, preventing clients from creating new trips. The address bar now properly displays and allows selection of all locations, ensuring a seamless trip creation process.

Dynamic Tab Adjustments

Improved tab behaviour to adapt dynamically based on screen size and content, ensuring better usability across views.

Persistent Module Filters

Applied filters now persist when users switch between modules, providing improved continuity and reducing the need to reapply filters.

Email Notifications for Deactivated Users

Fixed an issue where deactivated users continued receiving email notifications. Notifications will now only be sent to active users.
